The decision to begin psychotherapy is often a difficult one that takes courage. In my private practice I work hard to ensure that therapy is a safe place to build a collaborative partnership from which the troubling aspects of one's life can be explored. I treat depression and anxiety and also specialize in relationship issues, loss and grief, struggles with life goals, and difficulty adjusting to change. The therapeutic approach is tailored to each individual. I empathically support each person on a journey of self-discovery as we gain emotional insight into their experience of themselves and their relationships with others. I help people understand the parts of themselves that interfere with living a satisfying, fulfilling and successful life. The process is guided by the belief that with support, people are resilient and capable of making positive changes.
Please don't hesitate to contact me so that you can get a more personal feel for me and we can talk about you and your needs.
