I believe each client comes into therapy with their own answers which they must uncover for themselves to truly integrate into their lives. I, as the therapist, provide a partnership that serves to aid in "drawing out" these inner "truths" or "solutions". While working together in therapy both client and therapist travel alongside one another down the road toward resolution.

I am on five insurance panels; Aetna, Anthem, Blue Shield, Cigna, and Magellan. My cash fee is $125 but I leave some spots in my practice for sliding scale for those in financial need. My practice also includes animal assisted therapy (canine and equine) as well as art therapy.
