My Approach to Helping

Welcome.

Life often takes unexpected turns, and we suddenly find we have lost our footing, our sense of wellbeing, and are no longer clear what to do or how to grapple with these life challenges. We may have lost the support of a close family member or loved one, or have become overwhelmed by a stressful situation, a life-threatening illness, or just by too many things coming at us at the same time.

Such stressors can exhaust our inner resources and even our ability to think straight, especially if they have occurred over a long periods of time. We become upset, discouraged, overwhelmed or overly tired, or closed off from the world.

The psychotherapy that I provide offers the sustaining support when you need it. I offer a compassionate, empathic, and collaborative therapy approach that gradually allows you to regain your psychological wellbeing and feeling of balance in your life.

My approach to psychotherapy has one simple goal: to improve your sense of wellbeing, revitalize your energy and restore your optimism. I treat most psychological difficulties experienced by adults of all ages, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and major mental illnesses.

In addition, I am bilingual in Russian and English, and I specialize in working with immigrants and people with multicultural backgrounds.

Let me help you get back on your feet and in charge of your life
