I am happy to help you; I am a psychotherapist with over 24 years experience, I'm confident I can. I work with children and teens using art therapy, and EMDR . I have found the combination to be very effective treating anxiety, fears and depression. I work with parents closely in and outside the sessions. My approach is to bring skills and insight so future concerns can be handled independently. I am focused on helping families and couples be healthy and strong, our stressful world demands this. My style is open and caring with results.
