My Approach to Helping
I use the term 'Integrative' to describe how I work, which means to make whole. Please know that all of you is welcome, your feelings, thoughts, sensations, and experiences. Through this process of sharing, sensing, reflecting and accepting, you can find or regain a sense of balance and engagement in life. I work with brief therapy and long-term therapy, depending on your needs. I enjoy working with individuals as well as couples. I work with respect for each person's truth and authenticity. I would love to meet you!
