My Approach to Helping

For over 20 years, I've helped individuals and couples resolve their most pressing problems. It can be hard to admit that we need help, but as humans, we all encounter rough times when we need assistance from a professional.

Therapy is a very special collaboration between you and me. We'll work together to uncover what keeps you from the life you're longing to live and I'll help you on a more authentic path to reaching your goals while nurturing your spirit.

I think of myself as a gentle guide on the journey of life. My style is warm, empathic and interactive. We'll work together to resolve your most challenging issues.

I've witnessed transformational change in people and am continually amazed at the resilient nature of the psyche when support is available. Coaching is also offered; please click on website for more info.

You've now taken that first, important step toward change. I look forward to working with you to help create the life you're yearning for.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

Committing to therapy requires courage. It is much easier to sweep our problems under the rug, but unfortunately key problems usually don't go away on their own. They require time, effort and some dedication to resolve.

I will provide a safe place where you can partner with me to explore and work toward resolution of your most pressing problems whether they are relational issues, anxiety or depression, career or life transitions.

I love doing this work! Supporting people at times in their lives when things are rough or when they're experiencing a life transition is an honor. This work is very life-affirming because people can and do change their lives for the better. I see this every day and that is very heartening.
