My Approach to Helping
Are you wondering if your online or in person sexual activity is too much? Is there a part of you that feels something has to change? Are you worried that you may be risking too much or that your partner or spouse may leave you if they find out about it? Have you tried to stop, only to find yourself back where you started? I work with individuals and couples that are struggling with cybersex, internet pornography, or excessive in-person sexual behavior. There is help and you can stop. I have worked with people just like you, who have rebuilt their lives and their relationships. I am a Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist (CSAT) candidate, and have specific training in the area of sexual addiction. I use a step by step, goal centered approach that puts you on the path to recovery and will help you get back on track.
