My Approach to Helping
It is important to find a therapist that is a good fit; someone with whom you feel comfortable and who takes your concerns seriously. I strive to help people work through those "ties that bind" and ultimately foster healthy relationships and connections with others and themselves. It is not uncommon to get stuck in unsatisfying and frustrating situations. Through the relationship with a therapist you can start to become aware of yourself. I look forward to the opportunity to learn about you and work in a collaborative way to address the things you would like to change in your life.

I consider myself interactive in sessions, maintaining a challenging yet warm, supportive, and encouraging presence. I have a good sense of humor and tend to help people feel at ease. I firmly believe that a warm, accepting and non-judgmental approach is critical for therapeutic success.

In my practice, evaluations and treatment are performed in a confidential and comfortable environment. You come with a personal set of needs and we work together to address them in a manner that fits you! I offer sessions after 5pm and on weekends. Free phone consult available.
