My Approach to Helping
I would like to help you to discover freedom from self-limiting patterns that lead to stress, conflict, and/or withdrawal from life. My approach supports you in being less identified with habitual ways of thinking and feeling that can keep you stuck in patterns that no longer work for you. You can learn to be less reactive and more compassionate with yourself and others. You can move beyond conceptual knowledge into direct experiential understanding of life. This mindfulness-based understanding can lead you to deep and lasting positive change.

In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to your individual needs. My integrative mind/body approach is based on honesty, respect, and compassion. I am interested in learning about your strengths, goals, feelings and needs. I see strengths as the gateway to development and positive change.

What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
