My Approach to Helping
I have a very compassionate, accepting and gentle style. My clients often comment on how comfortable they feel with me, even in the first session. I am very interactive, and work with my clients to accept themselves as they are, even as they make changes to their lives.I will assist clients in setting clear goals at the beginning of therapy in order for us to track and resolve their issues more quickly. I am available to help them look at deeper, underlying issues as well, if they are interested in that.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist
I love helping people to see the light at the end of the tunnel, and to feel more accepting of themselves. I'm passionate about helping clients experiment with different communication styles and tools to help them in their relationships and problem-solving.
On the Fence About Going to Therapy?
I offer such a comfortable, accepting and down-to-earth approach that most people who are \"on the fence\" are surprised at how much better they feel even after the first session. I always check in towards the end of the session to ask how they are feeling about the session itself, and they often comment that they feel trusting of me.
The Duration and Frequency of Therapy
The client always, always determines when the therapy is over. Therapy can be as short as a few sessions with me, or can be used as a tool for years.
