My Approach to Helping

For Advanced Souls.....Awaken to your true Self. My therapeutic approach focuses on letting go of illusions that keep you in pain and suffering and reawakening to your inner peace and joy. Part of this process involves tapping into your energy field to identify and remove entities, programmings, and energies that are not you. Another part of this process addresses traumas which have fragmented your energies leaving you feeling disconnected and weakened. These fragments can be easily brought into awareness and integrated back into you, strengthening your connection to your true Self, a state of love, peace, joy and empowerment. Release the fear that has been running your life and the world will reflect back to you your peaceful state, in all of your relationships and in all areas of your life. Through 25 years of working with people of all ages with a variety of mental health challenges, and through my own study and inner guidance, I have developed my own system for healing the body, mind, and spirit. This approach addresses change from the inside out and is an easy method for bringing positive changes into your life.

What I Say to People Concerned about the Therapy Process

It is important for clients to know that they have the control over how much they are ready to explore within the self and how much they can handle emotionally. Ultimately, it is the inner knowing of the client that is the healer and that sets the pace for healing to occur. I trust this inner wisdom of the client and work closely with it. Sometimes the psyche, or mind, can feel fragile or vulnerable. At other times, it will feel ready to take on more and look deeper into itself. In reality, it is not the real essence of a person who feels emotionally fragile. It is the ego and the ego is not who we are. The ego is nothing but a collection of thoughts and ideas in the mind. It has put much effort into creating self-images, identities and fantasies to establish its existence and it feels threatened by any self-examination. As the client begins to dis-identify from the ego and all its imaginings, a detachment develops that allows the client to observe the process rather than be taken over by it. This frees the person from the emotional drama of the ego and diminishes the ego itself. All egos function the same. They differ only in specific form or content. If we are human and in a body, then we are challenged to overcome the fears and illusions of the ego in order to claim the real power and truth of who we are. It is the greatest and most rewarding challenge we have as a human being. I always feel honored to be a part of this process in another person's life.
