My Approach to Helping
As a responsive and interactive therapist, my treatment approach is to provide support and feedback to help clients resolve current problems and understand long-standing patterns. With sensitivity and respect, I help clients find solutions to a wide range of life challenges and psychological issues.

I offer a general practice of interpersonal psychotherapy for adult individuals and couples. Both brief solution-focused, and longer-term psychodynamic therapy approaches are available to meet the needs of individual clients.

Drawing on a variety of techniques and approaches, I incorporate what will be most helpful for each client. I work with each client to help them build on their strengths to identify and achieve their goals.
