My Approach to Helping

The slogan on my business card reads "Grow into the person you were born to be" and I believe that we all come to this world as precious and perfect beings. Often during our growing years, things happen to us - influences from family, the world in general, institutions, teachers, etc. that cause us to forget who we truely are. Therapy, to me, is a gentle process guiding the individual back to remembering this perfect and precious Self. Through my work, I gently guide the persons I see via various modalities (EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Gentle Breathwork, Visualization and Meditaion and Developmental Needs Meeting Strategy to mention a few) to grow into the person they were born to be. I believe body, mind and spirit are integrally connected - heal one and you heal the others. Take the first step and call for an appointment at 203-437-2523.
