I believe that all individuals are the experts on their lives and experiences. Through those experiences, some individuals may become stuck, overwhelmed, and unable to live life as before the experience. My goal is to help individuals sort through those experiences, gain valuable insight and coping skills, and find a new and healthier way of living life. This process will be a journey within a safe, accepting yet challenging, and empathetic environment. Yes...pain is a part of life but it doesn't have to BE your life. There is hope.
