In practice since 1996 in the Rockwall/Heath/Forney/Rowlett area, I enjoy guiding adults toward recovery from depression and anxiety issues, as well as divorce recovery. I can help you manage chronic pain and learn relaxation techniques. You will get immediate, practical tips to help you feel better quickly! I have traveled Texas for many years teaching Divorce Recovery classes. We often go through this most difficult experience with little or no guidance on appropriate boundaries with our exes, what to expect emotionally, or the best way to handle the events that follow. I have appeared on Fox 4 News to discuss anxiety issues, and write articles that are published across the state on this topic.
