Each individual comes to therapy for their own reasons and to find answers to their unique problems and life situation. I believe that for most people, when they become more accepting of themselves, they are more capable of finding happiness and contentment in their lives. Through psychotherapy you can find the answers you need and the level of happiness that you desire and accept into your life. I utilize treatment options that meet your individual needs and treatment goals. Please contact me to see how we can work together to meet your goals.
