My Approach to Helping
It is with great compassion, humility, empathy, and truth that I walk the shared journey of personal discovery with those I serve. I aim to offer a gentle and affirming therapeutic experience, believing in honoring and celebrating the inherent worth and dignity of all human beings.

As a veteran classroom teacher and professional mental health therapist, I am versatile in my therapeutic approach, believing that offering psychoeducational information and support can be just as healing as personal, intrapsychic therapeutic interventions. I offer a client-centered approach that honors and respects diversity, and am a flexible and creative clinician.
