My Approach to Helping
No two people are the same, yet I believe each of us has a drive to connect with others and to engage creatively in life's challenges. Helping people identify and work through the psychological issues that block their ability to embrace their relationships, emotions and life ambitions is the hallmark of my approach to psychotherapy. I am a psychoanalytic psychotherapist with more than 17 years of experience. I work with individuals, couples, and groups. I have also taught for 12 years at New York University.

I have special expertise in therapy with lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered clients, and also with adolescents, children and parents. I encourage you to visit my website for more information about my practice.
