My Approach to Helping
It is my goal to meet individuals, couples and families where they are and to provide the opportunity to learn and grow at their own pace. Personal and spiritual growth are usually accomplished when clients learn assertive communication skills and how to establish healthy boundaries. HOPE is restored to relationships once individuals experiening problems begin to feel empowered to be the person they would like to become.

The Duration and Frequency of Therapy
This is a very common question. The answer is different for each person or couple who comes to counseling. The work done in therapy belongs to the persons in therapy. The therapist is committed to working with the client usually on a weekly basis. The time committment of the persons in therapy must be greater in order for therapy to be effective. The client will determine the pace. The client and therapist should be able to agree when it is time to terminate the counseling relationship.
