My Approach to Helping

Human emotions and behavior are infinitely complex. They can become more complicated by the many stressors we face each day. I believe all individuals possess the capacity for renewal and change within themselves. At times, it can be helpful to have someone partner with us to facilitate the changes we hope to make. My style, while grounded in psychodynamic principles, is ecletic, compassionate and collaborative. I am a Master's Level therapist with over 18 years of experience in education, healthcare, and psychotherapy. I take into account the unique experiences that make you who you are and have a profound respect and sensitivity to diverse cultural, religious, and sexual orientations. We will work together to sort through your concerns and make a plan to assist you in the changes you would like to make. I provide psychotherapy or coaching based on your current needs and circumstances. Initial 20 minute phone consultation is free.
