I think that is a very valid point but on the other hand we are innundated with these images- it is no wonder that these are the people that our culture looks up to and wants to be like. As parents adn adult care givers we just have to give our kids a good dose of what life is really like and give them something positive to hold on to.

It is terrible how so many of our youth look to Hollywood for their inspiration and role models- what happened to the parents, teachers, and friends in their lives? It is because we as a society place way too much value on people in Hollywood and the roles that they play and ultimately we are all trying to live up to this false vision of what we should wear, look like, and drive. It is not reality for most of us and we need to keep our kids grounded so that they do not get caught up in this nonsense.
