If you are feeling tired, depressed, anxious and overwhelmed, you are not alone. Perhaps you have been sexually abused or treated badly in relationships. Often, these traumatic experiences lead to anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder, which are areas I specialize in treating. Many women, whether you've been abused or not, also have problems with postpartum depression and transitions into motherhood. Maybe you find yourself crying more than you'd like or thinking scary thoughts about yourself and your child(ren). You are not "crazy" and you can feel strong again.
