My Approach to Helping

Childhood experiences create the templates for adult life. Early losses , separations and trauma define the choices of strategies or defenses we use as adults.Pain and sufferings are caused by these early experiences recreated later on. It is my job as a therapist to join my clients in their journey of discovery of these templates and help them to gain a more fulfilled life.
