We offer a sliding scale from $30 (beginner level therapist)-$100 (Licensed Therapist), and we accept most insurance, including UBH, Aetna, Tri Care, CIGNA & BCBS. We offer free phone consultations to help you choose the therapist that is right for you and schedule appointments at your earliest convenience, whenever possible.People seeking professional services are making an investment in themselves. We want to help make that investment a rewarding one. For those who choose to receive our counseling services, we provide an understanding, tools, skills, strategies, coping and self management skills and psychotherapy when called for, in a relaxed non-judgmental atmosphere of acceptance, compassion, recognition, and encouragement.

Our high quality, highly trained & skillful Counseling Team of LMHC, LCSW & MHC are available seven days and evenings a week for your convenience. We offer a sliding scale for those without insurance as well as for those preferring not to have a paper trail of their counseling experience. We accept most insurance payments as well.
