My Approach to Helping

Psychotherapy works-- it helps to have someone to talk to, but therapy is more than just that. Therapy can do many things. It can help you make changes in your life, help you feel supported, feel better about yourself, help you control your emotions, and help improve relationships.

As your therapist, I can help you live the life you want to live.
