My Approach to Helping

I am committed to building upon strengths that individuals bring, and work as a partner to promote positive choices for more satisfying relationships and an enriched quality of life. I am accepting of various backgrounds and consider multiple aspects of an individual's life in order to develop more effective solutions. I empower individuals and families so they can improve their communication, resolve conflicts, strengthen relationships, attain goals, and generally live more satisfying, productive lives. My approach facilitates change by encourageing cilents to see alternative perspectives and learning how to incorporate strategies and behavioral interventions.
