My Approach to Helping

Whether you're single or in a relationship, you know that sometimes, life means change. I can help you manage that change so that it doesn't manage you. You will find me most helpful if you're in a tough transition in your love or work life, or if you're feeling stuck in a rut. I specialize in communication, male-female relationships, men's issues, and ageing issues. In addition, as a respected Dating Coach (recognized by The N.Y. Times) I can help you find and build a satisfying relationship, or help you end one and move on. As both a Licensed Psychotherapist and Mental Health Counselor, my work has grown out of my own experience, and out of helping so many men and women find happiness on their own terms. I've been married, divorced, and blessed to find love (and marriage) once again. Together, we will do solution-oriented work, focussing on the here and now, and on developing the skills you need to create the life you want. This work will help you discover your deeper self, which is the place where lasting solutions are born.

I feel particularly effective in helping couples regain the love and the trust that may now be lost.
