My Approach to Helping
I am interested in where you are now in your life, where you want to be and what is keeping you from getting there. Where you draw your strength from is important and basic to feeling safe and moving forward. If you do not know, we will find out.

Relationships: Your challenge is to know how to teach your partner how to communicate with you and how you can attend to each other in a way that celebrates yourself and each other. You will learn ways to practice these skills between sessions so when you leave couples therapy you have tools to refresh what you have learned when you need it.

More Info About My Practice
I accept many insurances including Blue Cross/Anthem, Blue Shield, Health Net, USBH, United Behavioral Health, Holman Group, Magellan, Aetna, and more. Pleas call and ask about your plan. It is always a good idea to call your insurance company to verify my participation in your plan. I will also call after your first session to verify your coverage and copay. I will automatically submit a claim to your insurance for your sessions. My usual fee is $100 but if you do not have insurance please call so we may discuss the possibilities.
