My Approach to Helping
I believe that all people have within themselves a strong, wise voice, which can guide the way through confusion and painful blocks. Great suffering results when people lose touch with that voice, because they feel they must continue with the way things are, despite mixed feelings. What I love most about my work is finding new ways to help people find their voice, and liberate their inherent creativity and spirituality.

I enjoy working with teens and adults, addressing a wide range of issues including identity, family issues, grief, trauma, substance abuse, anxiety, depression, goal formation, spiritual development, and problem solving.

For clients who choose talk therapy, I use a collaborative, respectful approach to assist you in unraveling unhelpful belief systems and the difficult experiences that contributed to those beliefs.

GIM is a powerful technique that can help shift your most stubborn blocks to make way for openness and freedom. Through listening to carefully selected pieces of music, you are gently guided to areas of deep transformation.
