My Approach to Helping

Working with dreams can generate surprisingly positive outcomes for people with anxiety, panic and depression symptoms. Your dreams tell you how to transform symptoms into personal growth and unexpected possibilities. This guidance is tailor-made to your potential, circumstances and capabilities because it comes from inside you. I specialize in helping people work effectively with their dreams. I am a Jungian dream therapist with a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology.

More Info About My Practice

My practice focuses on dreams as a catalyst for renewal. When you listen to messages from your unconscious mind, you gain insight about your unlived potential. Your dreams may tell you about your inherent gifts and how to develop them. Doing so can bring a sense of hope about the future and peace about the present. You may learn to accept yourself more and become open to possibilities you had never considered. If you face fears and move beyond barriers to change, you may find yourself living with a deeper sense of purpose. Working with dreams can alleviate symptoms like anxiety, panic and depression, but it also tends to lead to a sense of meaning in life.
