My Approach to Helping
We all need to connect. Often our own vulnerabilities keep us from allowing that need to be fulfilled. We protect the softness, the tenderness, the love within us, for fear of being hurt (and feeling even more disconnected) - but the Light is always deep inside of us, and surrounds us in all we do. We just forget how to access it!
The work I do facilitates a remembrance of that Light so that couples can relate more intimately, so that individuals can find more meaning and purpose, so that the Connection (to one another, to ourselves, to something greater than us all) can be experienced every single moment of their lives.
Through learning to become more aware, to bring more consciousness to your life, to experiencing your world more mindfully, you can become more authentic, genuine and True to yourself and your purpose here in this life...
