My Approach to Helping

If you are searching this site, there is a strong possibility that you're living with anxiety and/or depression due to troubled relationships, unfulfilled work, or a life path that has gotten off track. Asking for help is the most powerful step towards meaningful growth. Limitations to the life you want often include events and feelings from the past that create roadblocks in the "now." My goal is to help my clients choose and live the life they want, free of limitations. My specialties include: anxiety/panic disorders, mid-life transition, couples struggling with conflict and/or affairs, and extensive work with adolescents and their families. I help parents understand and cope with adolescents that are acting out, and whose behavior and choices are disrupting the family.

Through training at the Jung Institute in Los Angeles, I have learned to use dream exploration in therapy. Dream exploration is a powerful tool that can show us what we don't consciously know about ourselves. Please call me if you would like to schedule a consultation.
