My Approach to Helping
Relationships can be a source of great joy, but they can also be a cause of some of life's greatest difficulties and deepest pain. My approach to helping people is centered on relationships and the impact that a person's relationships have on their life. In therapy, I work with each individual to help them understand themselves, how they relate to others, and how their relationships impact their emotional, physical, and spiritual health. People who benefit from this type of therapy often struggle with past and present relationship problems and are looking to explore themselves at deep level to understand and work through the difficulties they are facing.
