My Approach to Helping
I pride myself in that I take the time to understand my clients' struggles and fully devote myself to helping them find solutions. I provide a comfortable and safe environment for individuals to share their story. Through a collaborative approach both my client and I establish goals together and begin to work towards finding solutions that are reasonable and individually constructed for each client. With sensitivity and compassion I am able to build a genuine relationship with my clients, which allows for us to work towards achieving their goals as briefly as possible.I earned my Masters of Science degree from Our Lady of the Lake University, with an emphasis in brief therapy and marriage and family counseling. In addition to my private practice I work in schools around the San Antonio area, providing counseling and play therapy to children, adolescents, and their families.

I use play therapy, art therapy, and sandplay therapy with families that are struggling with behavior problems, Autism, depression, school difficulties, divorce, parenting skills, and grief.
