I will help you to find your strength to start to build the life you envision for yourself. I have a history of working with adults and adolescents in residential programs, outpatient addiction programs since 2001. I have also consulted and worked in schools with individuals and families, and worked with the Orange County Courts providing therapy and expertise. I am also passionate about working with parents who are struggling with their teenager. I am an expert in helping families struggling with the teenage years. I can help you get control over your teenager and your life.

I am especially dedicated to treating addiction issues. In addition to being a licensed therapist I am also certified as an addiction counselor. I have designed and consulted with programs for adolescent addicts and I practice the most modern therapy for the family, friends, and co-dependents of addicts.

The Duration and Frequency of Therapy

The length of therapy is a concern for many. depending on the client I am experienced as a Solution Focused Brief Therapist. Some clients need to know how many sessions and this model of therapy lends itself to between 3 and 6 sessions. Many clients are able to participate in longer term therapy and I am also experienced as a relational therapist. I do believe that it is important to decide with and not for the client what therapy will and can look like for the client.
