On the Fence About Going to Therapy?
If you're not sure about whether to start therapy or not, I'm always glad to talk with you on the phone prior to setting up an office appointment. This serves two purposes: It allows you to get to know me a little so you can decide if I'm the right therapist for you (and allows me to see if I'm the best therapist to address your issues) and, secondly, we can discuss your situation to see if therapy is the best option for you. I'm of the opinion that "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" so I will never pressure you into starting therapy!
