Perhaps we should make more of an effort to move back toward temperance and not having some of these drugs always so readily available. I had no idea such violence existed there. The sooner the Drug Act that was mentioned is implemented the better. It must be a horrendous mental strain living under those circumstances daily. After being there, reading this report does not suprise me at all...after all mental well-being does take a beating when there is violence all around.
