Not sure I buy this study and the results. Are you telling me that that these consumers care more about the environment than they do about helping their fellow man? Nope don't believe that at all.

Personally, I have found that those who are the most adamant about going green and sticking with organic only foods do tend to look down on those of us who do not. They seem to think that I am doing the world and my kids a great disservice by not providing these options for them. I sometimes just want to say look, if I could afford to do it I would but with my very limited income I do not have the budget to make that work. Do I have fresh fruits and vegetables in the home? Of course. But are they all organic? No because I can't afford to shop that way. And to those of you who look down on me for that then shame on you.

I don't think this is true at all, because people who go green are the ones that care about the environment and are aware of things, and are not ignorant. Such people,in my opinion, would not behave in an irresponsible manner and go to the extent of hurting others.

Hmm...people may apply the law of averages..."I've done something good...now I have the licence to act cocky and be rude.." but this kind of behavior is not universal to 'green' people and can be dependent on the personality too...

Yes, people do bad things but I don't think anybody would go to an extent of hurting someone just because they did the right thing themselves... this study needs to be done in detail and I think it will not be found to be as exaggerated as is now...
