You see there are many who feel too proud to seek help for these mental health issues, and feel that these are things to be worked out within the family. I know that this is felt by many different groups and I am not trying to be stereotypical at all, but I always sense a hesitation from some minority group members to seek help outside of their own home. Has anyone else seen this as a pattern as well in their own careers?
