Why do we always have to get so bogged down in the money issues? I mean there always seems to be enough money to support these bogus state dinners and politicians flying all over the world for ridiculous photo ops. When are they going to wise up and stop wasting money on crap like that and start getting it out into the communities where it needs to be? I would much rather see our kids get a good education and prisoners be rehabbed than to look at what "best outfit" Michelle Obama was wearing to dinner last night. I'm just sayin. . .

People in prsisons are more prone to mental health issues than the others because they are haunted b y lonliness and also being branded a criminal/inmate and various other things. They need the best possible mental healthcare services as they have to keep up their composure and try to be better persons by the time they do get out of prison. This is the actual goal of imprisoning people.

Financial burden or not, healthcare facilities are something that just cannot be put on the line. they are a necessity and necessities do not have to be put on hold during a financial crisis. it is the luxuries that need to be put on a hold. This holds good for an individual, a nation or even the world as a whole in very much the same way.

It is basically inhumane to not provide adequate healthcare facilities to inmates or just anybody in general. It would do a lot of good and create a sense of belonging in inmates' mind if good healthcare facilities are provided and they are nurtured to walk out as better citizens.
