		<description>I love your blog. I was thinking of writing something similar to this in my blog entry. Holidays are very tough because there is an almost preassure to FEEL happy. Yet it is also time of evaluating where we are and often there is a disconnect. I agree with you that the best way to deal with this is to connect with gratitude and focus on what is good. It is too bad that this is not so easy to do. You are offering great suggestions. THank you.</description>
