Do you think that mental health investments are going to get funded even though you and I both know that this could greatly increase productivity in many workplaces, as well as improve the lives of so many people across the country? 		<description>I think that&#039;s a good investment. Mental wellness is on the decline with varied stress factors these days. A friend of mine attempted suicide after her spouse lost his job and the kids contracted swine flu. It can be very stressful these days with so much on everyone&#039;s mind.</description>

		<description>When bosses behave in a more compassionate manner towards mental health problems they are almost guaranteed a more productive workforce. Stress and the pressure of overwork should be addressed at the very minimum and support offered.</description>
