What would be the best way to suggest to someone that this is something that he could benefit from? I have a friend who will blow up at the slightest provocation and I think that this would be good for him but it almost scares me to have to say anything to hi about it because I know how angry he will get at me and I am afraid that would ruin the friendship.

I am so much better off when i feel like I can just get all of that anger off my chest and not have to hold it in. That is way more stressful to me than just letting off a little bit of steam and being done with it.

I know that a lot of people can't deal with that and let the anger take over. But for me it takes over more if I let it stew around inside of me instead of just saying what I need to say and then being done with it.

hey,you are right when you say that the arising of anger itself is not bad,but it is how the person handles the same.I have always been under the wrong impression that my brother who gets angry all the time has some problem or something.but after reading this article,I realize that although he does lose temper,he is extremely good at handling it and does not lash out at others, just walls away and breathes heavily.

funny how I never realized this before.
