My Approach to Helping
I specialize in helping clients disarm paralyzing anger, men unglue themselves issues such as "nice guy" syndrome, and couples recover from the chaos of domestic violence. Many times these problems are responsible for exaggerating negative events that scares away possibilities and covers over any appreciation of a person's life. We will work together to help you dis-empower these problems so that a space can be created where possibilities can re-emerge and you can explore your life's potential and renewed relationships. A new chapter in your life is waiting to be opened and disovered.

I take solution focused and narrative approaches to therapy that envite you to reintroduce yourself to your strengths that you may have lost sight of while under the influence of the problem. What does hope wisper in your ear as you journey past the grasp of the problem into a future of possiblities?

I am a frequent trainer in the Professional Development Program at the University of Texas-Arlington. I am also a nationally and internationally recognized lecturer on topics related to domestic violence and Men's Issues. Visit my website to learn more about my services.
