My Approach to Helping
My goal is to help individuals and couples have joy and passion in their lives and relationships. I work with couples using Imago Relationship Therapy, an approach that I find extremely effective in helping couples break through longstanding conflict, and develop a deeper level of intimacy and connection.
I work with individuals to help with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, finding life-purpose, and deepening one's personal and spiritual growth. I have trained in a variety of traditional, as well as experiential approaches such as Gestalt, Focusing, Voice Dialogue, and IFS. I find these methods very powerful for deep personal exploration and transformation. I am also trained in mindfulness and cognitive approaches to help with issues such as anxiety, depression, and addictions. Together, we would discuss what is most helpful for you.
