My Approach to Helping

Do you crave a life filled with passion, joy, purpose, and ease? Do you find that your family, your job, or other conflicts undermine your ability to live the life you want? Are anxiety, obsessions, depression, or addictions a source of daily stress?

Therapy helps you make meaningful change, releasing you from suffering and pain. This collaborative journey allows us to work together to address the challenges you face and help you begin a journey toward happiness.

I use an integrative approach, and draw upon Western psychology and Eastern mindfulness and meditative practices. I focus on solutions, and see an ethnically and culturally diverse group of clients that includes families, individuals, couples, and groups.

The human spirit is resilient. By seeking to understand yourself and achieve healing, you're already halfway there. I aim to help you achieve your goals by working with you to become your best possible self and being available to you.

In addition to personal in depth therapy I am also a coach to help others navigate their personal relationships at home, with friends and family and their work choices and relationships .

I can also coach people starting new businesses, both online and virtual.

i look forward to meeting you.
