My Approach to Helping
Are you unhappy with your life? Do you feel like everyone else has a better life than you? Are your relationships lacking or causing you stress and anxiety? Do you want to improve your relationships? Life can be challenging and frustrating for many. Often people are unsatisfied with their relationships and need some help improving their relationships or creating new relationships. I work with individuals, couples and families to help them create positive and healthy relationships with their family, friends and co- workers.

My approach to counseling is to work with individuals, couples or families to help them find the happiness they are seeking. I provide a safe, caring and nurturing environment so that you can feel comfortable to share and get the help that you need.

More Info About My Practice
My rates are $125 a session however I am able to offer a lower fee to accomodate the current difficult economic situations that many of us are facing. I will work with any client to make therapy affordable because I believe that people deserve to get the help that they need and financial difficulties should not stand in their way. I am also currently accepting Blue Shield of CA insurance and I am also currently offering the first session free of charge either on the phone or in person.
