I can provide you with specific skills and tools so that you can resolve your concerns and develop a happier and more satisfying life. I have over 25 years of experience as a psychotherapist and Eating Disorder Specialist and draw on cognitive, behavioral, emotional, body-oriented and relationship-centered approaches. In addition to working with individuals, couples and families, I lead groups for teens with eating issues, adults with food an weight concerns, and mothers with eating disordered daughters.
