My Approach to Helping
I approach my practice with a client-centered, systems-based model, geared to the individual client's needs and symtpms. My style is straightforward, honest and down to earth, and always with compassion and empathy. If you are feeling sad an/or depressed, anxious, or going thorugh a difficult relationship issue, I would like to help you feel better. Instead of feeling irritable and frustrated, I'd like to help you learn to enjoy your life, your work, your health and your relationships again. I believe that a caring professional can help you get back on track, and that it's almost always possible to feel better about ourselves and our lives.
