I help teens and adults who are suffering from all types of eating disorders and disordered eating patterns along with many related issues including anxiety, obsessive compulsive behavior, compulsive shopping, body image and self esteem. I also believe that it is important to work with and help the families of someone suffering with an eating disorder.
My approach is based on the relationship I can build with you and you'll find that I put a lot of effort into developing this with you. It's important to me to really know and understand you - if I can, then that is how I can best help you. An additional note - If you are seeing me for an eating disorder, I often work as a team with other professionals such as dieticians and physicans. I have found this very effective.

My fee is $80/session. I take credit cards but not insurance, however, I can provide forms for you to submit on your own.
I will also be starting a Women's Self Esteem Group again soon. This is an 8 week group, held on a weekday morning, designed to teach you some practical ways to improve your self esteem. There will also be plenty of opportunity for discussion and sharing with other group members as you support each other. Cost is $35/session and requires an 8 week commitment.
